At Futurismo Azores Adventures, mentoring means opening our doors to future leaders in tourism, marine biology, sustainability, and beyond. By offering internships, research support, and project guidance, we create bridges between academic learning and industry practice. These opportunities allow participants to sharpen their skills, explore career paths, and contribute fresh perspectives, while we strengthen our role as an active partner in knowledge-sharing and sustainable development.

Impact

Since 2024, when we began tracking our initiatives in this area, our team has already contributed to at least 4 academic investigations, sharing expertise through interviews and dedicating more than 9 working hours to research support.
