Impacting since 1990…

Since 1990, we have fostered many partnerships with regional, national, and international schools, universities, associations, foundations, NGOs, and more.

Embracing a dynamic array of 120+ independent and collaborative projects centered around Planet, People, and Wildlife, we take immense pride in presenting concrete evidence of our unwavering commitment to scientific investigation, education, community engagement, and our continued contributions to the evolving climate journey.

OUR PROGRESS

Since 2011, we have 120+ scientific publications created by our Marine Biologists (from internship reports to PhD thesis, posters, papers, etc.) based on data collected during our Whale Watching tours

In 2022, our "Guardians of the Azores" citizen science project was Silver Award of WTM Responsible Tourism Awards 2022 (World Travel Market), in the category "Reduction of plastic waste in the environment"

Over the past 30 years, we established collaborations with local schools, steadfastly aiming to enlighten and inspire the younger generation of our community about Marine Wildlife and Environmental Conservation

We´ve always been committed to enable our community to have the true benefit from tourism economic prosperity, by the work with community-based institutions for vulnerable audiences

Supported UN Global Goals

Following the United Nations Global Goals for Quality Education, by offering Eco tourism workshops, we promote quality education; they support those thinking outside of the box to encourage innovation and encourage an inclusive and sustainable economic growth. By implementing biodiversity conservation, eradicating poverty, and proposing sustainable consumption, we do what it takes to climate action and global partnership for a more green future for everybody.
