Family friendly experience in Sete Cidades +

A small group is ideal to enjoy a ride surrounded by nature and a tour on the calm water. This is an experience that includes several activities on your own.
Futurismo can provide bikes for children. When booking, inform us about their height and weight.

Professional material at our activity center +

At our activity center, we have modern equipment that is easy to master. We provide paddles, life jackets, and helmets for kayak and SUP tours.
Road bikes are available on request. Also, you can choose the difficulty level that suits you the best among the different available routes.
There are dressing rooms and showers for your comfort.

Come explore the west side of São Miguel Island.

Sete Cidades Lake is one of the most famous and legendary lakes on the island.

At our activity center on the lake shore, we have at your disposal our sit-on-top kayaks, our SUP (stand-up paddle boards), and our mountain bikes so that you can spend some really adventurous moments.

This is definitely the best way to enjoy the magical nature of the Azores.

How to go to Sete Cidades? +

The best way is to rent a car and go by yourself. However, we can offer a transfer from and to Ponta Delgada. Also, there are some buses from Ponta Delgada. More information in the tourist office.

Is Sete Cidades a good place for Kayaking & SUP? +

Sete Cidades Lake is a beautiful location to paddle, in addition to being an easy place to start due to the small or no waves at all.

Can my children join this tour? +

Yes, we have small bikes for children as well as trail gators to pull your children. Futurismo also provides baby bike seats. Please contact us if you want to do this tour with a child so we can organize everything.

Do I have to wear the life jacket even if I know how to swim? +

Yes, life jackets are mandatory for everyone for safety reasons.

Cancellation +

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour, no penalties are applied
Cancellations up to 24 hours: 50% of the total amount will be charged
Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-show: full amount will be charged
If the weather conditions do not allow the activity to be done safely, we will cancel it and contact you to suggest an alternative date or provide a full refund.
