2. Cancellation Policy FIT

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour, no penalties are applied.
Cancellations up to 24 hours: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancelations less than 24 hours or no-show: full amount will be charged.

In case there are no sightings of cetaceans (whales and dolphins) in the Whale Watching activity Futurismo offers a 2nd trip free of charge.

3. Changes and Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
Futurismo Azores Adventures reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet any specified health or fitness requirements for certain activities.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Safety Regulations

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Futurismo Azores Adventures and its guides.
Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in the termination of the activity without a refund.

6. Insurance and Liability

Futurismo Azores Adventures strongly recommends that participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.
Futurismo Azores Adventures offers insurance of personal accident and liability on all the tours organized by the company.
All the tours sold by Futurismo Azores Adventures but operated by trusted partners are covered by the partners’ insurance of personal accident and liability.

Please be advised that accidents resulting from negligence or failure to adhere to the guides’ advice may be attributed to the customer’s own actions.

7. Weather Conditions

Some activities are weather-dependent. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, activities may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your adventure and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Portuguese regulations and the Court of Ponta Delgada District, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
