- Put the gluten-free flour in a bowl, add the brown sugar, eggs, melted vegetable butter and yeast. Mix until a dough forms;
- Add the salt and mix well until the dough is smooth. Transfer the dough to a surface dusted with flour and knead until smooth;
- Place the dough in a bowl and leave to rise until doubled in volume (about two hours);
- Divide the dough into equal portions, and spread the dough slightly to form small disks. Leave to rise again for one to two hours until they increase in volume;
